An amazing place for my family and our dog, with easy access to Okayama Station and nearby shopping and dining options. We even took a short trip to Okayama South Village to enjoy the local culture and relax. Super convenient!

In my wife’s opinion, more pillows would have made our stay better.

Steps from the train station

The hotel's location is incredible, tucked within the JR Okayama station. I cherished having countless dining options right at my doorstep and relished the breathtaking view over the cityscape from my room. The staff exuded warmth and friendliness that brightened my arrival.

However, the one pillow provided was surprisingly flat and far from comfortable. I had to run multiple cycles just to get a few clothes dry. A bit frustrating for someone on the go!

Conveniently located within the station, the twin room provided comfortable bedding and strong Wi-Fi, perfect for a restful stay. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious fruit preserves alongside a variety of options in a buffet style. However, the room temperature was challenging to regulate, remaining too warm, and some amenities, like the fridge, needed attention. Despite these issues, the strong water pressure in the spacious bathroom made for a pleasant experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient the Via Inn Okayama was, being right at Okayama Station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant. Additionally, having numerous dining options around made mealtime very easy.
